Mrs. Deshpande the learned A.G.P. submits that for the release of the vehicle pursuant to the same panchanama the petitioner had filed writ petition before this Court, the said writ petition is withdrawn with liberty to file appeal. The appeal is filed before the S.D.O. the same is dismissed. 3.

The petitioner will have a remedy of a further appeal before the higher authority.

In case the petitioner files an appeal before the higher authority the authority shall endeavour to decide the said appeal expeditiously preferably within ten days of the filling of the same. Writ petitions are accordingly stand disposed of.
