In response to the summons, respondent is present in person. He has filed his identity proof before the Court. He records no objection for transfer of Marriage Petition No.A 614/2019 pending before Family Court, Nasik to Family Court at Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar. He however requests for time bound disposal of the said petition. 2.

In view of no objection recorded by the respondent, Marriage Petition No.A 614/2019 stands transferred from Family Court, Nashik to Family Court at Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar. As far as making this proceedings time bound, this Court is not aware as to the pendency before the Family Court, and hence it would not be appropriate to make this proceedings time bound. However, the Family Court to decide Marriage Petition No.A 614/2019 as expeditiously as possible. Petition is allowed in aforesaid terms.

Parties are directed to appear before Family Court, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar on 22/07/2024.
