The learned counsel for petitioners submits that, the petitioners were issued with tribe certificates with incorrect spelling of the tribe. The petitioners on 31.05.2019 have filed applications for issuance of tribe certificates with correct spelling of the tribe, however, the corrected certificates are not issued. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents and submits that, the respondent No. 2 would consider the grievance of the petitioners.

The petitioners shall submit/deposit the original tribe

2 wp 7334.19 certificates received by them with incorrect spelling with the respondent No. 2. Upon receipt of the same, the respondent No. 2 shall issue corrected tribe certificates with the correct spelling of the tribe to the petitioners within a period of two (02) weeks from today.
