It is informed that the remedy of appeal is availed of by the institution against the order of sealing of premises taken at the instance of CIDCO authorities. Since the appeal is pending with the State Government, no interference needs to be caused in the instant petition. It would be open for the concerned respondent i.e. management to press the appeal before the State Government and, it would be open for the State Government to take decision in the appeal, in accordance with the provisions of law and after extending hearing to all the parties concerned, expeditiously and, without being influenced by pendency of Public Interest Litigation before this Court.
