The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that as per the modalities, the options which he had filled in for consideration at the time of general transfers were withdrawn and an attempt was made to fill up fresh options but due to some technical error in the mobile, he could not do so. He submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if his representation dated 06/06/2023 is considered by respondent no.3 - Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad. 2.

In the light of above, the writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent no.3 to consider and take appropriate decision on the petitioner'

s representation dated 06/06/2023 (Exhibit-A) in accordance with the policy as expeditiously as possible and in any case within four weeks.
