Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 2.

The Petitioner seeks direction in this Writ Petition to the Appellate Authority i.e. Respondent No.1 to decide her pending Appeal, expeditiously.

The Petitioner is working on contract basis as a Technical Officer with Respondent No.2 and she is dismissed from service. As per the Government Resolution, dated 25.08.2021, the

(( 2 )) 60-WP-7573-2025 Petitioner filed an Appeal before Respondent No.1. The said Appeal was filed on 01.10.2024, but till date, the same is pending and according to the Petitioner, no notices have been issued yet. 4.

Considering the documents placed on record, the Respondent No.1 Appellate Authority is directed to decide the Appeal of the Petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case within three months from today.
