Heard Mr. Bodkhe, learned counsel for applicants-original claimants and Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel for respondent No.2Insurance Company. Mr. Kanade, learned counsel is appeared on behalf of respondent No.5 - Insurance Company. No one else appeared for rest of the respondents.

It has been submitted that the dispute in regard to quantum of compensation amount has already been settled amicably in Lok Adalat. Pursuant to compromise, the respondent - Insurance Company also deposited amount towards compensation in this Court. Both the learned counsel for respondents-Insurance Companies have no objection to allow the applicants-claimants for withdrawal of amount of compensation deposited in this Court.

In view of submission, application stands allowed. The applicants-original claimants are hereby permitted to withdraw the entire decreetal amount with interest accrued thereon subject to condition that applicants shall furnish undertaking to the effect that they will refund the amount so withdrawn forthwith in case of any contingency arises in future pertains to present matter. Accordingly, application stands disposed of in above terms. The Registry to do the needful for disbursement of amount in favour of applicants as mentioned above.
