Under the order passed by the Supreme Court in the Civil Appeal No. 10624-10636 of 2013, the direction is given for grant of pensionary benefits only to the appellants before the Supreme Court during their life time and not to the legal heirs/representatives. It is clarified that after the bereavement of the appellants, the pensionary benefits granted by the State Government will come to an end. 2.

In view of the directions issued by the Supreme Court as aforesaid, petitioner is not entitled to claim the benefits

The writ petition being devoid of any substance, stands disposed of.
