The applicant (original accused No.1 in Sessions Case No.24/2013) has prayed for condonation of delay of 117 days in filing appeal against the judgment and order dated 30th November, 2016, passed in the said case by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Biloli, convicting him for the offence punishable under Section 364-A of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, which are satisfactory, delay in filing the appeal is condoned in the interest of justice. The application is accordingly allowed and disposed of.
