The petitioner has put forth prayer clause 'B' as under :- B) The Respondent no.2 may kindly be directed to issue Tribe Certificate to the petitioner having proper nomenclature of tribe of the petitioner as "Mannervarlu" by accepting the Tribe Certificate dated 15/06/2013 having nomenclature of tribe of petitioner as "Mannerwarlu", by setting aside the communication dated 01/06/2022 issued by the Respondent No.2 on application dated 08/05/2022 & 24/05/2022 filed by the petitioner.

Heard the learned counsel for the respective sides. 3.

Since the petitioner has already submitted his incorrect 'Mannerwarlu' scheduled tribe certificate to respondent no. 2 on 24.5.2022, we direct respondent no. 2 to issue the corrected 'Mannervarlu' scheduled tribe certificate to the petitioner on 19.8.2022 at 4.30 p.m., if not issued.

The petitioner would personally collect the said certificate on the said date and time from the said office.
