ORDER:- 1.

The applicants are claiming condonation of delay of 2949 days in fling the frst appeal. The learned Counsel for the applicants submits that in other similar matters, the delay has already been condoned. The learned Counsel for respondent No. 3 - Acquiring Body has also not disputed the said position. As such, for the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed and the delay of 2949 days caused in fling the frst appeal stands condoned, subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid delay period.
