The Petitioner is 57 years of age and is presently in employment. His claim of belonging to Thakur Scheduled Tribe, is pending validation before the committee since 18.10.2022. He is due for promotion and subsequently would superannuate at the age of 58. The learned AGP submits that the vigilance cell enquiry is completed. Report is served on the Petitioner. The Petitioner has tendered his reply. A hearing can be posted on 04.07.2024 at 12 noon. Thereafter, the matter would be decided within 60 days. 2.

The learned advocate for the Petitioner submits that he would render wholehearted cooperation to the committee since his promotion and subsequent retirement depends upon the claim for validation. He tenders his
