By this Civil Application No.8953/2018, the Applicant/ Petitioner prays for leave to amend the Writ Petition in terms of the proposed amendment set out in page Nos.10 to 14. The learned Advocates for the Respondents have strenuously opposed the application.

Since the writ petition is to be heard for admission, I find that

*2* 911ca8953o18 the proposed amendment could be allowed so as to enable the Respondents to be prepared on the amended portion as well, when the petition is taken up for admission.

In view of the above, Civil Application No.8953/2018 is allowed and the Applicant/ Petitioner shall carry out the amendment as proposed in page Nos.10 to 14 annexed to the Civil Application on or before 03.08.2018.

List the Writ Petition for admission on 13.08.2018 along with Civil Application No.13688/2017.
