As per office note the present applicant has remedy before the Sessions Court, since the original R.C.C. No.262 of 2014 was filed on police report. Learned Counsel for the applicant fairly conceded for the same and requested to transfer the present application before the concerned Sessions Court.

However, the applicant will have to file separate proceeding before the concerned Sessions Court for challenging the judgment in R.C.C. No.262 of 2014. At the most liberty can be given to the applicant for seeking benefit of Section 14 of the Limitation Act, while filing the application for condonation of delay, if any, before the concerned Sessions Court.
