Leave to correct. Appellant is permitted to amend the cause title of the appeal and add the name of claimant as it appears from the Adhar Card along with the name mentioned in the cause title. 2.

This is an application filed for withdrawal of amount of compensation deposited by the Acquiring Body. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, as similarly situated claimants from the same acquisition under the same notification, are permitted to withdraw the entire amount of compensation deposited by

-2- 19-CA-7118-2025 the Acquiring Body, the present application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C).

Applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the Acquiring Body along with accrued interest thereon, by furnishing usual undertaking before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
