These are the applications for stay moved by the applicant/ acquiring body.

Heard Mr. Ranjit Gaikwad, learned counsel for acquiring body and Mr. Abhijit More, learned counsel for original claimants. It is revealed during the course of argument that the acquiring body has deposited the decretal amount under the impugned award with this Court and complied with the interim stay order. As such, the interim stay granted by this Court in respective matters needs to be confirmed till final decision of appeals. Hence, the following order is passed:

I.

Both the applications are hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (A).

II.

The interim stay granted by this Court is hereby made absolute till the final decision of appeals in both the proceedings.
