Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

He would submit that the condition imposed upon the applicants while granting the bail is causing hardship to them. They are residing away from the house since the day of order granting bail dated 09.06.2021. His previous application seeking the relief of relaxing the conditions, has been rejected by this Court by order dated 17.01.2022 in Criminal Application No.2152 of 2021. Similar facts have been considered by the Court; hence, this Court has no reason to take a different view.

When the Court expressed disinclination to consider the application, learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application. However, since the applicant is suffering hardship, he has requested to expedite the trial.

Considering the hardship, the applicants are suffering, his prayer to expedite the trial can be considered. The learned Sessions Court, Jalgaon before whom this case is pending, is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the trial within six months from the date of receipt of this order, subject to co-operation of the prosecution and the present applicant. In the above terms, the application stands disposed of.
