It appears from the bailiff report that the respondent No.1 occasionally comes on the fresh address which is of Bhiwandi. However, it also appears that the respondent No.1 intends to avoid service on the said address. As such, issue notice to respondent No.1 on the said address as per Order V Rul2 20 of the Code of Civil Procedure, returnable on 18th July 2023. Further, since the present respondent No.4 is no more in service, the application stands
