Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

A direction has been sought against respondent - University to declare result of the petitioners of 1st Year B.D.S. examination held in May / June - 2007 and a further Mandamus to accept the examination forms of those petitioners, who have failed in the examination held in May /June - 2007, without charging any late fees, and interim relief had been prayed for in terms of prayer clause (D), whereunder, declaration of the results of the petitioners of 1st Year B.D.S. Course held in May/June - 2007 and acceptance of forms for examination to be held in Nov. / Dec. 2007 had been sought.

Interim relief in terms of prayer clause (D) had been granted by this Court vide order dated 31-10-2007. 4.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad-idem that, with the passage of time, relief underlying the Writ Petition had got worked out. There does not appear to be any further efficacy retained in the Writ Petition.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. 6.

Rule made absolute accordingly.
