Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner was disqualified and the order of disqualification was challenged by the petitioner under Section 154 of Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960, (for short 'MCS Act') by preferring Revision before respondent no. 2. 3.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he has preferred Revision under Section 154 of MCS Act, before the respondent no. 2. In the Revision a separate application was filed seeking stay to the order passed by the lower authority. The application is not being 1/2

934wp6634.2023 considered by the respondent no. 2 despite it was being filed on 24th March, 2023.

Learned AGP for the respondents submits that the application would be considered within a period of four weeks. 5.

In view of the statement made by learned AGP, the respondent no. 2 shall consider and decided the application for stay within a period of four weeks.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
