All these applications are filed for withdrawal of compensation amount. Indisputably, all the applications are covered by the order dated 27.06.2025 passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Civil Application No. 6477 of 2025 in First Appeal No. 379 of 2021 with Civil Application No. 6478 of 2025 in First Appeal No. 380 of 2021.

For the reasons stated in the applications and as the similarly situated claimants from the same acquisition under the same notification are permitted to withdraw the entire amount of compensation deposited by the acquiring body, present applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause "B".

Applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the acquiring body along with accrued interest thereon, by furnishing usual undertaking before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
