The petitioners pray for appointment of an arbitrator under Section 3G(5) of the National Highways Act. 2.

The learned Standing Counsel for the Union of India submits that earlier, the Divisional Commissioner Nashik was already appointed as an arbitrator. However, recently there has been a re-allotment of responsibilities. Therefore, the decision for appointing an arbitrator would be taken within a period of three (03) months from today.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. After the
