These are applications for condonation of delay.

I have also considered the merits of the matters. The reference Court has awarded compensation at the rate of Rs. 25,000/- per acre, whereas the Special Land Acquisition Officer had awarded total compensation of Rs. 18,880/-. The Reference Court had considered two sale instances. One sale instance is in respect of 12R land sold for Rs. 7,000/- and another sale instance is in respect of 8R land sold for Rs. 15,000/-. However, the sale instance of 8R land is considered, the same would be almost more than Rs. 65,000/- per acre. However, considering small area of lands and deduction of amount, compensation awarded by the Reference Court is just and reasonable.
