Upon hearing learned advocate and having regard to the reasons as are appearing under paragraph No.4 of the impugned order, it appears that the matter does not call for interference at this stage. The trial court has considered the application to be premature at the stage at which it has been moved. 3.

In view of aforesaid, no case is made out for causing interference in the impugned order. As such, writ petition is not being entertained and is rejected.
