It is the contention of petitioner that departmental enquiry was initiated against him in January 2014 and it is not yet concluded. It is further informed that almost all the proceedings are over and the report has already been submitted by the Enquiry Officer to the disciplinary authority. In the facts of this case, we direct respondent no. 2 to conclude the enquiry proceeding and pass final order as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from today and, it is accordingly directed.
