Leave to delete prayer clause 'A' since the same has been a copy paste error. Amendment be carried out forthwith.

The Petitioner prays that the pending proposal before the Scrutiny Committee be decided within a time frame. She belongs to Tokre Koli - Scheduled Tribe category.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off with the following directions:-

2 wp 7349.2022 [A] The Committee shall conclude the vigilance cell inquiry by 15.10.2022 and deliver a copy of the Report to the Petitioner on or before 04.11.2022.

B] The Petitioner shall appear before the competent Committee on 14.11.2022 at 12:00 noon and submit his written submissions.

C] The Committee shall deliver its verdict on or before 30.12.2022.

D] In view of the above, the services of the Petitioner shall be protected till 30.12.2022 or till the date on which the Committee decides her claim, whichever is earlier and her services would not be dispensed with only on the ground of pendency of the proceedings.
