The order passed by this Court dated 12.06.2024, in Writ Petition No.2852/2024 (Shrutika Shantilal Dhumal vs. The State of Maharashtra and others) and the earlier orders passed, would indicate that the staffing pattern as is prescribed, will have to be formalized in terms of the Government Resolution dated 18.05.2011.
