The Petitioner desires that an application 13.02.2019 filed before the Deputy Director of Land Records should be considered under Section 31-A of the Maharashtra Prevention of Fragmentation and Consolidation of Holdings Act.

This petition is disposed off with a direction to Respondent No.2 to consider the application by following the due procedure laid down in law. All the stake holders be granted an opportunity of hearing. If the application is not in proper format or does not identify the Non-Applicants / Respondents, we grant liberty to the Petitioner to take legal assistance and file an appropriate

( 2 ) 26 wp 7182.23 application mentioning the provisions under which the application is to be considered. If such an application is filed within 30 days from today, the authority would follow the due procedure laid down and take a decision on the said application by granting adequate opportunity of hearing to all the stake holders, within 120 days from the date of registration. All contentions of the litigating parties are kept open.
