The petitioners have questioned the entire selection process conducted by respondents No.2 to 4 in pursuance with the Employment Advertisement No.2/2016. Prayer for constitution of Special Investigation Team to look into the selection process conducted by respondents No.2, 3 and 4 is also made. 3.

Facts remain that in the Advertisement No.2/2016 the last date of submission of on-line application form was 22.03.2016. For almost nine years much water has been flown as the respondents might have concluded the selection and appointment process.
