The learned A.G.P., on instructions, submits that the petitioner has not filled in the online form. It is only after the online form is filled in, the verification is done. The petitioner shall fill in online application as per the procedure and the proposal, if complete in all respect and there is no other impediment, then the Committee may process the same. 3.
