The petitioner says that a country liquor shop is continued source of nuisance for the villagers. The petitioner is seeking Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ or Direction, directing the Authorities to revoke the permission granted to respondent no.6 and 7 to transfer their country liquor shop / permit room / beer bar and to close it down. The shop is in Mhasawad village, Tq. and Dist. Jalgaon. 2.
Since the petitioner relies upon several documents, including the complaints made from time to time, alleging nuisance,
2 PIL - 62-2017 we direct the Collector, District - Jalgaon, to treat this Petition as a Representation of the petitioner / villagers and decide it in accordance with law.

We direct that the decision be taken as expeditiously as possible and within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Public Interest Litigation is disposed of.
5.
We do not direct by our order, anything beyond consideration of the petitioner's grievance.
