We are not inclined to interfere in the impugned judgment and order of the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has already filed application before the Respondent Authorities for adjusting the absence period with whatever leave available at her credit. In that view of the matter, in the light of the observations of the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal in paras 7 and 8 of the impugned judgment and in case already the application is filed by the petitioner in adherence to the observations made by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal in paras 7 and 8 of the judgment, we direct Respondent Nos. 2 and 5 to take decision on the said application, as expeditiously as possible, however preferably within 12 weeks from today and communicate the said decision to the petitioner. 3.
