1] Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned counsel for respondent.

2] The learned counsel for the applicants submits that this Court, vide it's order dated 29th June, 2021, pleased to permit applicant nos. 3 and 4 to withdraw the amount of Rs.2,00,000/-. Due to difference in the name the amount of applicant no.4 could not be withdrawn, hence, now name of applicant no.4 corrected. Hence, applicant no.4 be permitted to withdraw the amount.

3] The learned counsel for respondent no.1 submitted that this Court may pass appropriate order.

9573.22CA 4] Considering the submissions of both learned counsel as well as the applicants were already permitted to withdraw the amount. There was correction in the name, hence, he could not withdraw the amount. Now name of applicant no.4 is corrected, hence, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause-B.
