The challenge in the appeal is on the quantum only. In view of the same, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited in this Court on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Balance 25% amount be invested in fixed 1 / 2
