By this application, the Applicants (Original Petitioners) seeks to place on record subsequent events along with relevant documents. The proposed amendment is at paragraph 4 of the application. 2.

Although, learned counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 has opposed the present application, in the interest of justice, we are inclined to allow the same.

In view of the above, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause-b. The amendment be carried out within two weeks from today. Amended papers be served on the learned counsel for the Respondents within one week thereafter.
