DATE : 3rd JANUARY, 2019 PER COURT :- Today the learned counsel for the petitioner on instruction made submissions and produced on record the copy of the communication dated 26.09.2014, made with the petitioner by the Registrar of Maharashtrra Nursing Council showing that his application which was previously cancelled was again granted for subsequent year. It appears that by making interim relief this Court had allowed the student already admitted to appear for the examination. In view of this circumstances, this Court holds that the purpose of the petitioner is served and interim order is already made has taken care of the student and nothing is survived in this matter disposed of in aforesaid terms.
