The Petitioner is within 30 kms of her husband. The GR prescribes that if one of the spouse is beyond 30 kms, an online application can be filed for seeking transfer. The Petitioner is due for transfer since she is working in Dhadaknal for the last almost five years.

Since this Petition cannot be entertained as the Petitioner is within 30 kms of her husband, this Writ Petition is disposed off. However, we observe that if the Petitioner moves an online application for transfer and if there are vacancies, the same may be considered in tune with the policies applicable. [Y.G.
