The petitioner is challenging the order rejecting his technical bid. The technical bid of the petitioner is rejected on the ground that the petitioner had not annexed copy of the PAN and the work experience certificate.

It appears, that prior to the filing of the petition, work order is issued in favour of respondent no.6 on or about 07-07-2021. Gajanan

The work order is for the period of six months. Almost five months are over. At this stage it would not be appropriate to interfere with the tender process. The petitioner also failed to submit the necessary documents along with the tender.
