Heard learned counsel for the parties. The appellant MSRTC has deposited a sum of Rs.16,77,500/- pursuant to the order dated 12/3/2021. The applicants have already withdrawn 50% of the amount under the award deposited by the Insurance Company before the Executing Court. In the fitness of things, the applicants are, therefore, permitted to withdraw a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs) out of the amount deposited by the MSRTC in this Court. The amount be paid to the applicants equally. The amount payable to minor applicants be kept in fixed deposit in any of the Nationalised Banks until they attain the age of majority. The amount to be paid to the applicants be transmitted to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Amalner, District Jalgaon for being paid there. Civil Application is disposed of.
