Perusal of the writ petition and the documents placed on record shows that essentially, the petitioners are seeking directions from this Court for execution of the judgment and order dated 13.02.2024 passed in their favour by the Industrial Court, Jalna. 3.

Perusal of the said judgment and order shows that directions have been issued against the respondents for regularization of services of the petitioners.

We find that Section 48 of the Maharashtra Recognition of Trade Unions and Prevention of Unfair Labour Practices Act, 1971 provides an efficacious remedy for the petitioners to pursue their

914wp7941-25 grievance so as to ensure that the benefits of the judgment and order of the Industrial Court accrue to them. This writ petition is misconceived. 5.

In view of the above, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to take recourse to the aforesaid efficacious alternative remedy.
