Heard learned counsel for applicants-appellants. Despite service of notice, no one else appeared on behalf of respondents-original claimants. Perused the application and other relevant documents. 2.

In view of nature of subject matter, there is no impediment to grant stay on certain terms and condition. Hence, there shall be stay to the execution and operation of the impugned Judgment and Award dated 22-08-2017, passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Beed, in Motor Accident Claim Petition No. 15 of 2013, on condition that applicants/appellants shall deposit the entire amount of compensation pursuant to award along with interest accrued thereon in this court within a period of four weeks from today. Failure to which, the stay granted shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to the Court with liberty to the respondents/original claimants to avail the recourse of law for execution of the award within ambit of law.
