The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits on instructions that the petitioners desire to withdraw this petition and pursue the management and the Education Department in relation to the grant of approval to their services.

The learned Advocate for respondent No.3 - Education Ofcer submits that there are several irregularities in the appointments of these petitioners, which cannot be ignored.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
