By way of this petition, the petitioner has challenged only show cause notice dated 13.01.2023 issued by the Tahsildar, Jalgaon. 2.

This Court finds that, as on today there is no final order passed by any of the authorities.

Heard learned A.G.P. for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. 4.

The petitioner offers to deposit the entire amount of fine proposed to be imposed upon him i.e. Rs. 22,885/-. His only prayer is that, his vehicle is seized on 09.11.2022 and the same be released. 5.

Since the petitioner has shown readiness to deposit the entire

The vehicle of the petitioner bearing Chasis No. MBNBT53ACNCD39577 be released on depositing the amount of Rs. 22,885/- within a period of two (02) weeks from today subject to further order.
