The present petition is filed for quashing of FIR in Crime No. 0489 of 2021 registered with Police Station, Nanded (Rural), Tq. & Dist. Nanded on 09.07.2021, for offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned APP has placed on record the case status of Regular Criminal Case No. 921 of 2021 saying that the petitioners were prosecuted and acquitted in the said crime vide order dated 21.01.2025 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class (Court No. 2) Nanded in Regular Criminal Case No. 921 of 2021. komal kamble 1/2

In that view of the matter, nothing survives in the present petition.
