Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Head Master has submitted proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner, but same is not yet decided. 2.

Learned AGP accepts notice for respondent nos. 1 and 2 and submits that in case the said proposal is pending, the authority would decide it in accordance with law.

In case, the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner (Exh. F page 26) is pending

wp7149.18 with respondent authority, then the Education Officer shall decide it, on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously, preferably within four months from today.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
