After hearing learned Counsel for parties, it appears that since perceived impediment of litigation between erstwhile employee and management is no longer subsisting, it may be expedient that the concerned ofÏcial would proceed with the proposal for approval to appointment of the petitioner as full time teacher. 02.

Learned AGP, however, purports to point out that the proposal is not in accordance with procedural requirements. If that be so, a fresh proposal may, as well, be submitted by the management. Learned Counsel Mr. P.V. Barde for respondents no.04 and 05 - management graciously submits that fresh proposal would be submitted within a period of three weeks from today. 03.

Proposals in respect of the petitioner be decided

(Order) (3) W.P. No. 11262 of 2017 expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of writ of this order. Needless to refer, that the decision will be taken by the Education OfÏcer in accordance with facts and law.
