The amendment is proposed since the Applicant/Petitioner had not taken up certain grounds for the cause put forth in the Writ Petition. If the amendment is not

In view of the above and since there is no change in the cause of action, this Civil Applications is allowed. The proposed amendment be carried out within two weeks from today and a freshly typed amended copy of the memo of the Petition paper book, be filed simultaneously. Copies to be supplied to the Respondents.

If the Respondents desire to file their additional affidavit, in view of the amendment, let such additional affidavit be filed within two weeks from the amendment. 6.
