It is submitted that proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak is pending with the respondent No. 2. The learned counsel relies on the circular dated 04th April, 2018.

Mr. Bachate, the learned counsel for the intervenor submits that, person who has appointed the petitioner has no authority to appoint.

It is for the Education Officer to consider all the relevant

In case the proposal of the petitioner is pending with the Education Officer, then the Education Officer shall take decision upon the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from today. All contentions of respective parties are kept open.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
