We are not inclined to pass orders on merits in the present writ petition.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Divisional Joint Registrar Co-operative Societies has directed the Deputy Registrar Co-operative Societies to take necessary action. According to the learned counsel inspite of the fact that same is communicated in January 2019, no further action is taken. 3.

It is for the authorities to proceed in accordance with law. The petitioner may approach the Deputy Registrar Co-operative

2 wp 7797.19 Societies, Aurangabad with regard to the complaints and/or communication made by the Divisional Joint Registrar Cooperative Societies, Aurangabad. Naturally, the Deputy Registrar Co-operative Societies is expected to act in accordance with law, provisions of statute, policy and take necessary steps. In case even after petitioner approaches the Deputy Registrar Co-operative Societies and no further steps are taken, then the petitioner may agitate his grievance.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
