DATED : 2 nd July, 2015 PER COURT :- 1] This is an application for regular bail.

2] The applicant is arrested on 12.6.2015 in connection with Crime No. 3054 of 2015, registered at Hingoli (City) police station, District Hingoli, for the offences punishable under Sections 7, 13(1)(d) r/w 13 (2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act.

3] The applicant, according to the prosecution, has accepted the tainted amount of Rs.200/- from complainant Babarao Munjaji Mane on 11.6.2015.

4] According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, successful trap was laid on the present applicant on 11.6.2015. He submitted that the post trap panchanama clearly establishes that the present applicant has accepted the tainted amount. According to him, the statement of shadow witness the panch also supports the prosecution case.

5] The present applicant was working as Talathi. The complaint was lodged against him with Anti Corruption Bureau by the complainant and on the basis of the same,

crap3313.15 trap was laid and said trap was successful on 11.6.2015. Present applicant is in jail since 12.6.2015. The investigation is over except the report from the Forensic Laboratory. In that view of the matter, further custodial presence of the applicant is not necessary. That leads me to pass following order.

O R D E R

(i) Criminal Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant-Anilkumar Balajirao Mahendrakar be released on bail on he executing P.R. bond of Rs.25,000/- with one solvent surety, in connection with Crime No. 3054 of 2015, registered at Hingoli (City) police station, District Hingoli, for the offences punishable under Sections 7, 13(1)(d) r/w 13 (2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act.

(iii) Bail before the trial court.

(iv) Application is disposed of.
